The Hub at Scripps Ranch Honored by BIA As ‘Attached Community of the Year’
The San Diego Building Industry Association (BIA) recently named The Hub at Scripps Ranch the “Community of the Year – Attached” at the 2023 Icon Awards. The mixed-use project was also a finalist in categories for architectural design, interior merchandising and leasing environment.
The posh community, which includes 260 one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments, features resort-like amenities, and nearly 11,000 square feet of eateries and services.
The Hub at Scripps Ranch welcomed its first residents in early 2022. The project is situated at the “front door” of the San Diego community Scripps Ranch on Carroll Canyon Road, just east of Interstate 15.
Sudberry Properties’ development team for The Hub included MVE Architecture, Reylenn Construction Company, Inc., general contractor, Pasco Laret Suiter & Associates (PLSA), civil engineering and land planning, GroundLevel Landscape Architecture, and Design Tec, Inc., interior design.
The Hub at Scripps Ranch is the third apartment community by Sudberry Properties to be honored as the top attached community of the year in San Diego County by the BIA. Previously, Circa 37 and West Park, both in Sudberry Properties’ Civita community in Mission Valley, earned that prestigious designation.
