The Hub at Scripps Ranch is a mixed-use development in the Scripps Ranch area of San Diego. The 9.52 acre site includes 260 luxury apartments and approximately 11,000 square feet of commercial retail space. The project is within walking distance to the Scripps Ranch Business Center and has been designed to serve the existing businesses and local residents. Sudberry Properties worked diligently with local planning groups to execute a redevelopment plan that appealed to the surrounding community and provides additional housing opportunities as well as daily goods and services.
