Chuck Todd, the Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel for Sudberry Properties, Inc., has responsibility for the day-to-day operations and oversight of accounting, administration and operation. He also provides support to acquisitions and development, and manages all legal issues and use of outside counsel.
Prior to joining Sudberry Properties in 2007, Todd was the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Counsel of Litigation for the Indiana Office of Attorney General, where he was responsible for the operations of the office, overseeing 10 litigation and litigation-related sections consisting of 70 attorneys and over 100 staff, and handling 23,000 litigation cases.
Earlier, he was Vice President and General Counsel of SerVaas, Inc., a corporate holding company, and Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of a subsidiary manufacturing company, responsible for acquisition and disposition of assets.
In the mid ‘90s Todd was Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel for Crystal Cathedral Ministries, an international ministry having 640 employees, 3,000 volunteers and 5 international offices. His career has also included teaching law at the University of Oklahoma College of Law and practicing law at large private law firm.
He earned a bachelor’s degree in Philosophy from Wabash College and a J.D. degree from Vanderbilt University School of Law, where he was elected to the Order of the Coif. He is licensed to practice law in California, Indiana and Oklahoma.
Todd is a board member of Talking Bibles International, a Christian outreach to third world countries, and an ordained minister.
